SM City Telabastagan perspective
SM Prime Holdings, Inc. (SM Prime), one of the leading integrated property companies in Southeast Asia, opened a new mall, SM City Telabastagan, in Pampanga on Friday, May 18. This fourth SM mall in this highly urbanized province offers 55,000 square meters (sqm) of gross floor area (GFA).

Alongside our first three malls in the province, SM City Pampanga, SM City Clark, and SM City San Fernando Downtown, we see SM City Telabastagan contributing further to the continuous development of Pampanga, providing both job opportunities and modern lifestyle and entertainment to its residents,” SM Prime President Mr. Jeffrey C. Lim said.
SM City Telabastagan, which is located along one of Pampanga’s major thoroughfares, McArthur Highway, will open with two floors of shopping, multi-cultural dining and entertainment zones adorned by indoor pocket gardens that add a touch of nature improving the overall ambiance of the mall.
SM City Telabastagan will open with 84% of space lease-awarded and will feature six digital cinemas and well-loved local and international brands such as The SM Store, SM Supermarket, Uniqlo, Surplus Shop, Watsons, SM Appliance Center, Miniso, Ace Hardware, BDO and China Bank.
Earlier this year, SM Prime had opened two other malls, SM Center Imus in Cavite last February 16 and SM City Urdaneta Central in Pangasinan last May 4. The Company will also open SM City Legazpi in Albay and SM Center Ormoc in Leyte in the second half of the year.
