For the 4th consecutive year, SM Supermalls once again received the honor of being one of the most valued and preferred brands in the region. Last June 30, the Philippines' biggest mall network received the Platinum Trusted Brand Award in the Shopping Center category of the 17th annual Trusted Brands Survey conducted by Readers' Digest.
The long-running publication tapped leading global market research firm Ipsos to conduct the poll last
year. They surveyed individuals across the Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India and
Taiwan. The results showed that in at least three of these key markets, SM Supermalls received
exceptional rankings for trustworthiness, credibility, quality, value, understanding of customer needs,
innovation, and social responsibility.
The win solidifies SM Supermalls' reputation as a world-class quality provider of accessible, diverse, and
top-value shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences. It is also a testament to the goodwill that the brand has built and continues to strengthen through community engagement via media and social networks, through consistent customer service in over its 50 branches, and through the corporate social responsibility efforts of SM Cares.

The Readers' Digest Trusted Brands survey recognizes the best brands in the world every year. Awards
are given in 42 categories, covering products and services across diverse industries. Platinum awards are
given to brands ranked exceptional in at least three countries, while Gold awards are given to those that
score significantly higher than their rivals.
